When you use UnicoTrust, we may collect:
- Assessment data — your answers to the 25-question trust assessment
- Business info — name, industry, size, email you provide
- Contact info — name and email for waitlist or plan signups
- Usage data — pages visited, time on site (via analytics)
2. How We Use It
- Generate your UnicoTrust Score and policy documents
- Send you your results and any follow-up you requested
- Notify you about plan updates or new features (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Improve the Service
3. What We Don't Do
- We never sell your data to third parties
- We never share your assessment answers publicly
- We never use your data for advertising targeting
4. Data Storage
Assessment responses submitted via our form are processed through Web3Forms and delivered to our secure business email. We do not maintain a persistent database of assessment responses at this time. Paid plan account data is stored securely in our platform infrastructure.
5. Third-Party Services
UnicoTrust uses the following third-party services:
- Web3Forms — form submission processing
- Vercel — website hosting
- Google Analytics (if enabled) — anonymized usage stats
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time

7. Cookies
We use minimal cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
8. Children
UnicoTrust is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
