These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of UnicoTrust ("Service"), operated by E1 Unico Corporation ("Company," "we," "us"). By using UnicoTrust, you agree to these Terms.
UnicoTrust provides automated compliance assessment, policy document generation, business trust scoring, and security documentation tools for small businesses. The Service includes a free assessment tool, a verified trust score, and optional paid subscription plans.
The UnicoTrust Score assessment at unicotrust.com/start is provided free of charge. Results, including the generated policy documents and trust score, are provided "as is" for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use.
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

UnicoTrust, the UnicoTrust Score, and all platform content are owned by E1 Unico Corporation. Policy templates generated for your business are yours to use and customize. The underlying template logic remains our property.
UnicoTrust is a compliance assistance tool, not a law firm. Generated policy documents are starting points — not legal guarantees. We strongly recommend having an attorney review any compliance documentation before publishing or relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E1 Unico Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of UnicoTrust. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
